Ebony Edwards is a global event producer, entrepreneur, and agency owner with more than three decades of experience building brands, producing large-scale experiences, and creating marketing strategies that connect businesses with consumers and drive growth.

She is the founder of The EWE Agency and creator of Soirée In The Cities Girls Night Out, one of the leading consumer marketing events designed to connect women, small businesses, emerging brands, and entrepreneurs through shopping, entertainment, networking, and shared experiences.

Launched in 2010, Soirée In The Cities has evolved into a dynamic marketplace where businesses can sell their products and services, build brand awareness, connect directly with consumers, and share the stories behind their brands. With a strong focus on women-owned and small businesses, Soirée creates an environment where entrepreneurs are not only given a place to sell, but a platform to be seen, heard, and discovered.

At the heart of that mission is the Girl Boss Live Initiative, a storytelling and visibility platform created to spotlight women entrepreneurs, founders, and business owners. Through live conversations, brand features, and authentic storytelling, Girl Boss Live gives women an opportunity to share their journeys, promote their businesses, inspire other women, and create deeper connections with consumers.

Ebony’s entrepreneurial journey began long before Soirée. After building and operating Little Fairy Godmothers Princess Parties, her first brick-and-mortar business in Flourtown, Pennsylvania, she had cultivated a powerful community and database of more than 25,000 women through hundreds of celebrations and events produced over the course of a decade.

When that chapter closed, Ebony recognized the value of the community she had built and transformed it into a new experience. Combining her expertise in events, marketing, consumer engagement, and brand development, she created Soirée as a space where women could come together to let their hair down, sip, shop, socialize, discover new businesses, and support entrepreneurs.

Throughout her career, Ebony has collaborated with major brands, celebrities, organizations, and entertainment industry leaders while contributing to high-profile experiences surrounding MTV’s My Super Sweet 16, NBA All-Star Weekend, NFL Super Bowl events, celebrity celebrations, corporate activations, and national tours.

Her experience also includes marketing work connected to William Morris Endeavor in New York City, where her innovative approach to marketing, outreach, and audience development received industry recognition. Ebony has also produced and supported national wealth-building and consumer-focused tours, partnering with financial, lifestyle, and emerging-market brands to expand audiences, increase visibility, and create meaningful consumer engagement.

Through The EWE Agency, Ebony brings together brand development, experiential marketing, strategic partnerships, consumer engagement, and large-scale event production. Her work helps companies move beyond simply promoting a product or service to creating experiences that build community, strengthen brand recognition, increase visibility, and generate revenue.
