Vendor Guest Tickets
All vendors can invite upto 20 guests. Yes, 20 complimentary tickets. It is mandatory for all (your) invited guests coming to the Soiree they must fill out this form. Click here. Need to speak with one of our team members? Ebony! Lauryn! Sydney! Zoe! Call 267-601-4147.

What time are vendors expected to arrive?
All vendors are required to start setting up at 11:30 AM our events start on time.
We will not allow vendors to set up after 2PM. This area is a high traffic area, please space your time.
Pull up to the venue unload your items and then please go park your car accordingly. Parking is along the street and parking lots are around the area.
Can vendors have assistants with them?
Yes, we understand you cannot do it all yourself.
As a vendor what do I bring?
We encourage you all to get out of the mind set of the traditional 6 foot tables. Step up your game plan up. Be creative!
Bring tables of any color, shape, or size (6ft max). If you are using linens it is required that all linens must be white linens to the floor 6ft or 8ft tables.
Are there chairs? This venue has chairs. You will be giving at least two.
All Vendors are encouraged to bring their own racks (2 max) and display items. Feel free to bring your favorite rugs, shelving units and best smiles! Make sure whatever you bring to Soirée it is inviting.
We also recommend that you can bring your own, water, snacks, chargers, and email signup sheets. We have a lot of guest.
I would like to tour with you to different cities, is that possible?
Absolutely! We encourage you to take your brand to different cities. Women love to shop and know who's, who and where you are located. This is the perfect opportunity for you to get your brand in front of consumers.
Will I be pre-assigned to a vendor area?
All vendors will be pre-assigned to a specific location. You will be escorted upon arrival by a Soirée team member.
Can I have a banner across my table?
No, we like and suggest retractable banners. They are accepted.

Will there be food at Soirée?
Possibly! We encourage guests to bring their own water and light snacks just in case. We’ll confirm the presence of any food vendors one week prior to the event.
Please note: This venue does have a restaurant located downstairs, where you're welcome to purchase food at your convenience.
Will there be electric?
Depending on venue/city of choice you (pick), as the date gets closer we will be able to provide you with a definitive answer.
This is an outside venue - we suggest you not bringing any equipment that requires you to plug in to.
Please bring your own cords and black tape to tape down area.

Will I be the only one selling jewelry, clothing or other vendor related items?
No, we do not offer exclusive categories.
Soiree does a good job making sure we do not have similar or like brands selling the same items. This is why we pre screen all vendors.
what time is vendor set up?
11:00 AM - Remember this is a high volume area/street give yourself time to arrive and set up unload and park at local parking lots.

Tickets are final sale; no refunds or exchanges.

Vendors are required to stay at the event for the entire time and clean up after themselves after Soirée.
